Monettes probably paid $700k and will make money selling at RB.

Ridiculous how cheap they sell new iron to those large customers.

There are always fools with too much money or too few brains but usually the wheels fall off the wagon after a few years.

I asked my accountant a couple years ago , how many have squandered the generation money on paint? He smile and quietly said - lots.

Not only the money but tied the land up as well. Generations of savings.

A good accountant in the annual review will cover machinery expense per acre and advise if the ratio is getting out of hand. I like running newer stuff as I fixed a lot more on old stuff years ago. It's a vicious circle but adding more acres keeps cost per acre down, but things wear out quicker. There is a limit though.
