    RB Auctions Saskatoon

There are 39 combines from one dealer network. Is there a market for that many relatively new combines?

There is always a market. Might not be at the price the seller wants

if it dont rain soon, that dealer will be the smart one…..

Way too much inventory at some dealers. But I guess interest is a write off…..

finally a smattering of tractors on dealer lots and in auctions. perhaps if the manufacturers had made more tractors and fewer combines the last few years they wouldn.t be sitting on so many. hard to feel sorry for them after all they hire the smartest of the smart and pay millions in salary and bonuses. I guess Jimmy knows that you don't need to through them out after they get overipe in a few days.

These dealer networks cover a lot of territory so maybe 39 combines not that many. Amazing how the lots empty out after harvest starts every year and options are limited when or if you blow one up.

There are two new never used X9s with headers there . Do dealers have to maintain that value or risk having a few pissed off customers?

There's a lot going on behind the scenes before they actually auction.
Aged inventory that they refuse to sell locally for the guarantee.
              RB a lifesaver for dealers.

A week ago I thought there would be no market for those RB combines.

Now with a lot of areas getting a rain and much stronger grain prices than 2 months ago, I think values will be better than I originally thought.

Way less than dealer lot prices for sure. A lot of way overpriced iron on lots in 2020-2023 years.

i want to be so big one day that i can buy 2.2 million worth of combines...only to lose track of where they are...and then sell them off at ritchie bros the next yr!

                  Smart..

Neighbor bought two used combines two months before harvest last year on condition they be ready with all work orders done etc.etc. Delayed delivery and constant trips to field to get running. Service tec shortage makes RB good choice no warranty and guilt selling combines to farmer its his problem now so you pay on what you see and your wrench pulling skills. Some of you guys have very good wrench pulling skills based on what stuff sells for at these consignment sales.
