A good accountant in the annual review will cover machinery expense per acre and advise if the ratio is getting out of hand. I like running newer stuff as I fixed a lot more on old stuff years ago. It's a vicious circle but adding more acres keeps cost per acre down, but things wear out quicker. There is a limit though.Originally posted by bucket View Post
