Might have to rethink the approach to finishing this harvest.
Some of us, read "I", might have to do some things we're not accustomed to.
Wet and sloshing through a foot of water and carting miles down unmaintained roads is usually normal for us. Or at least in the last 5 years it seems it's was wet more often than dry. Very fortunate this year being able to get 65% off so far, and I hope everyone gets some luck to get some of it off.

Finally Got going yesterday and even with the Hurricane it only dropped one point. Like WTF, Oh its flat on the ground probably has something to do with it. WHeat.

19.6 if it flows it goes. But slowly.

      Into the Dryer.

Canola 15.9 standing 12.9 swath along time down.

The wind helped canola in swaths yesterday. Standing has green in it.

Barley is in the flag leaf stage with second-growth so I would say its ****ed.

Canola made it to 10.3 yesterday
Today we might be lucky enough to find that swath we have been looking for all fall
        Sure hope forecasts are wrong

Wind helped the straw in canola swaths for me, but it certainly didn't dry the seed. First load was 12.8 at 11 am and it was still 12.4 at 5pm when I finished the field. Unreal!

Less dew here the last two mornings...."She's" probably saving it up to give to me in one shot.....thanks Mother Nature!

We need a high pressure ridge locked over us with a good south west wind to pump up some of that dry Nevada and Arizona air.

Some guys going on standing canola, they are saying it’s almost dry. Wish I now had canola instead of flat, twisted, wheat and barley. It will feel like cutting lentils all over again. 👎👎👎
                What a year!!

Just about too dry here 🥴 Standing Canola ok to go, hovering just around 10. Its slow going still but looks good for today, now if we can get 20 days like this. Good Luck and Keep Safe. 🍀

Better spray to protect the flag.
