Why did Scott Moe and Danny Smith say resources can't be used as leverage in the trade war? Every other premier has not ruled it out .
Why would they give tRump any advantage by publicly saying this? They can argue their case behind the scenes. But it goes to show how incompetent they are at negotiating and managing this trade war.
Its probabaly not a good idea to escalate with these resources, but leaving it as an option gives us a stronger bargaining position.
In any case they are isolated and acting only in self interest while other provinces take a much bigger hit. Thanks a lot Moe and Smith!
