The checks and balances protect the vulnerable. Its gets a lot more complicated when considering mental illness.

If you want to support mental health then provincial and the federal governments need to fund more mental healthcare and take care of the homeless, the addicted and those who suffer.

Its a tall order to fix the many problems that are making mental health worse.
