No airports open in some regions and no going ot on the streets as Cartel is in full control.
The military skeedadled nowhere to be seen.
Blackhawk helicopter's flying around might be cartel.
All kinds of battlefield weapons went in there from places like Libya, Afghanistan and Ukraine.
Unimaginable situation to get caught in on vacation.

CNN reports The U.S. may be involved in the crackdown of cartels. U.S tourists may be targets of reprisals, although bullets don't recognize nationalities. Hope none of your friends or relatives are there.

Pretty quiet around here north of P.V. tonight. Airlines are clearing flights off the books till next Sunday. Tonight will tell the story. Either all hell will break out or it will be coming back under control. Reports of heavy artillery found with cartel members caught or killed. If Trump helped start this, he better send in some gunships. The helicopters we seen in photos above PV didn’t look too military type. Lots of pics on Facebook are fake but definitely lots of cars and buses went up in smoke. Airport terminals have been shut down since this morning. Feeling pretty bad for the regular Mexican people. This is going to really hurt tourism. Their rising currency as well as inflation has rapidly increased prices down here by 20 to 30 percent. This has pulled back tourist spending and now this shit show will really hurt.

Not a chance. Even the CBC says that less than 19,000 Canadians are presently in all Mexican locations. I just hope as a taxpayer that I'm not responsible to rescue any of them.
Also reported that most people have no concept of the difference among a million, a billion, and a trillion of anything. Apparently it also applies to the thousands.
