I think there are Measle hot spots where alot of Mexican Mennonites live in southern Alberta. But they aren't the only ones.

My niece refused to get her boys vaccinated. Which disappointed me. But her choice. Hopefully the boys rethink that when they become the age of majority.

I try to go once a month. Work covers about 5, plus a few more in the health spending department, so 4 would really put me right where I would need to have almost nothing out of pocket.

Whether it's worth the cost... Guess it's better than nothing.

I do think the mental health field needs to have more emphasis put on it than just the physical health field. Easier ability for people to access it with and without benefits, less stigma, better comfort in learning and picking what may work for you, etc.

I can go to a walk in clinic for any physical issues I'm concerned about but it's not nearly so easy for mental health.
