As I have probably said before, I ate a lot of grassfed beef in Argentina and was disappointed to find it was more consistently good than what we get here when buying beef.
The trick is, they can never have a bad day. Have to be on plentiful grass that provides good gains every day of their lives.
The term grassfed does not make it good or bad.
Mostly bad here because it's often promoted by people selling poor quality meat.
Same could be said for grainfed.
Some is a choking hazard if poorly done.
