I might have been a little rude but in reality WTF are we importing beef from half way across the world for? We can’t consume half of the beef we produce so we export the rest, and the politicians are worried about CO2, something is really messed up…

It's all about the money. There is a huge outfit taking prime grain land out of grain to grow silage, putting it up wet in beautiful weather then drying it with Natural Gas and shipping it overseas. All the while guys in Canada say they can't find or afford feed for their cows. Maybe not this year but or in class area but it is all about the money.CO2 is just a political football.

Only if he bought it. Otherwise, you are a low maintenance guy.

At two years old, I ate a red crayon. At 28 years old, I ate some mutton. Tasted the same.

Taste will depend if it came out of a feedlot or straight off a station.

Grassfed will taste like mutton, feedlot will taste like ours.

There's been Australian beef in the store forever. I remember it having orange star stickers saying where it was from when I lived in Banff. Hardly like it's a large amount that's undercutting the market. Certainly isn't contributing to lower store prices.
