I have listened to his music since the early 80's and still do. Another rock legend is gone. Although when you have used your body like a playground like Ozzy did, it's a miracle he lived to be 76.

I have to admit I am surprised that he and many other Rock stars from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s have lived as long as they have. They lived rather untamed lives during the heights of their popularity. Realistically at some point all the bands of our youth will be gone.

And yes Forage crank it up!!!!!

I was taken aback when I heard yesterday... one of the all time greats, lived a crazy life and was never ashamed to show it off. Their "reality" show(s) are so much fun to watch, just to see the crazy shit he said and did! Saw Sabbath about 10 years ago in Saskatoon on Good Friday of all days. Was one of the best shows I have ever been to, and there has been a lot of them! Rock and metal owe so much to him and that is apparent from all the tributes/quotes on social media... and to everyone with the opinion of fjlip, get ****ed, and get a life...

Must of been the same tour as I saw Sabbath on, also saw Ozzy on a solo tour.

              That's Rock!

The religious freaks always claimed it was devil music and it was influencing their children. Best they stick to Jimmy Swaggart songs and do a better job of parenting.

The Wizard and Fairies Wear Boots and Sweet Leaf, volume at 10.

He was a true legend and his music has spanned a few generations. My kids all know Crazy Train from the dressing room at hockey and ringette. The kids actually told me about his passing.

When Ozzy's songs are played on the radio I don't change stations but I wouldn't actively seek his music out on YouTube or what ever music streaming service.
Now that we're on th topic of music, I am going to shamelessly promote a band that for some reason doesn't get much, if any, radio play for what I consider great music. Of course it's rock but in my opinion not as raunchy as Ozzy.

Volbeat; From Denmark. Try these... seriously give them a try. Give them a chance.

For Evigt(Live from Telia Parken) a version of The Bliss
Last Day Under the Sun(kind of repetitive lyrics)

                  what do you think?

I'm not trying to derail or steal Ozzy's thunder...

                  And then there's Keith Richards,,,LOL!!!

they are great! Saw them in Regina a few years back, went to see Anthrax open for them but the Volbeat show was awesome. Super unique sound, you always know it's them when a song comes on the radio! Peppy and fun for the most part, at least IMO
