Now that we're on th topic of music, I am going to shamelessly promote a band that for some reason doesn't get much, if any, radio play for what I consider great music. Of course it's rock but in my opinion not as raunchy as Ozzy.
Volbeat; From Denmark. Try these... seriously give them a try. Give them a chance.
Fallen
MaryJane Kelly
Lola Montez
The Bliss
Heaven nor Hell(sorry TOM4CWB)
For Evigt(Live from Telia Parken) a version of The Bliss
Last Day Under the Sun(kind of repetitive lyrics)
what do you think?
I'm not trying to derail or steal Ozzy's thunder...
And then there's Keith Richards,,,LOL!!!
im the same as you. Ozzy and Sabbath I wouldn’t change the station. Lots of classic bands like AC/DC get so overplayed on the radio I can’t stand it. So much other great classic and new stuff we don’t need to hear AC/DC or ****ing Trooper.

If your dying of boredom hearing the same stuff over and over while going back and forth there is a one man FM station in town 94.7 The Storm.
Its on Tune IN or something like it. You can go direct off his website.
He describes it as "an incredibly diverse oldies/adult hits/classic rock format."
Norm can be entertaining if you listen close.
Some of his pronunciations are unique.
He says he learned English in Gronrid.
I like it because you hear stuff you had forgotten.
My wife hates it.

Was one of the best shows I have ever been to, and there has been a lot of them! Rock and metal owe so much to him and that is apparent from all the tributes/quotes on social media... and to everyone with the opinion of fjlip, get ****ed, and get a life...
I would like this 1000 but the computer only lets me like it once. Well Said!!

The albums Bon sings on are great from start to finish
Canadian bands, Triumph, April Wine, and Rush's music is phenomenal.
How about those Queen City Kids?
Never get tired of hearing Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, and the Beatles.
Long live Ozzy!!

We can think the Canadian content regulations for forcing us to listen to the same handful of mediocre Canadian bands like trooper, the hip and Rush on repeat.
Radio stations are required to play 35% Canadian content. Even worse in Quebec at 55% french.
That doesn't leave much room left for exploring music from any other parts of the world on the radio.
When traveling or meeting people from other parts of the world, it is notable how much more variety of world music they are exposed to compared to us.
