      Not at all.
Has nothing to do with designing a better way.

"Efficiency gains can be made in the public system if governments would restructure and reorganize healthcare. Train more doctors and nurses. This can be and should be done without for profit private health care clinics.

The biggest problem we have is a shortage of primary care practitioners. Doctors and other healthcare professionals working in health clinic teams can provide most of the services needed for primary care, taking the pressure off ERs.?"

I keep asking...HOW do we FORCE young grads to get into medicine? Enough with the IMPORTING foreigners! Why don't our young want to be in medical occupations?

        No real answer.

And overworked healthcare workers kept many people alive.

What an uninformed knob you are Crop!

Still putting ivermectin in your coffee every morning?
it was the stickers and arrows on the floor that saved people , thats the only reason why it was not far worse

Huh? Its extremely difficult to get accepted into medical school because there are too few spaces and the competition is extreme. Many Canadian wanna be doctors have to go overseas to get trained.

We need to create more spaces and create incentives for doctors to remain in family medicine.

The fee structure needs updating and working conditions need to attract those who want to have a normal life without burning out.

It’s actually too bad Canada nearly doubled immigration the past few years . All that did was overwhelm an already strained health system, education and housing situation.
it was an extremely dumb move that is now causing serious issues in all those sectors.

In the meantime the government wasted billions of dollars on pet projects here and overseas that could have been used to help address the stupidity they created

Foreign aid is a very small budget compared to all the other budget items.

                    The Liberals are reducing immigration.

But the shortage of doctors has been going on for a long time.

And the demographic bulge of baby boomers impact on health care was predicted long ago.

And healthcare and education are primarily a provincial responsibility. So the provinces have the greatest responsibility to fix healthcare and healthcare training. Not the federal government.

So your argument about foreign aid isn't relevant at all. Just another conservative talking point that doesn't address the real issues.
