Is it April Fools today or April "Fool"

"Trump team eyes emergency plan to offset 'financial devastation' for farmers from tariffs:"

Tax the shit out your middle class, then return the tax to Farmers.

I see why some some are calling it "economic prosperity." and are so desperately wanting to become the 51st State.

    Taxpayers money!

Meanwhile in Canada the government tax’s the heck out of the middle class to give away to pet projects overseas and ignores farmers .

Just like Trump wants to cut foreign aid so does PP. More proof he is Trump lite.

Farmers have been providing famine relief through the Canadian food grains bank for decades. Trying to save families from the effects of drought, war and poverty in hard hit regions.

And the federal government spends about 3 billion on ag programs and safety nets. Plus provides a lot of support for supply managed farms. The provinces also spend a lot of ag programs.

Most farmers of any decent size are wealthier, with more assets and have more disposable income than most Canadians.

It's the small farms that rely on off farm income that are struggling.

Yes but PP still acts and sounds like Trump a much bigger issue by far.

What would be the definition of Trump lite ?
Someone who doesn't agree with the left/ Carney's liberals?

until we have our shit together here, clean water for everyone, no homeless, etc, then we absolutely should 100% cut foreign aid! It's ridiculous to think otherwise FFS
