Homeland Security is getting tough on Canadians.

Snowbirds travelling to US for more than 30 days will soon require registration and finger printing. They will be required to carry their registration card with them at all times, same as any other foreign alien. Yep Canada, keep poking the bear. We’ll be able to stand tall and pound our chests yelling, “ Canada Strong” - in Canada anyway.

For a mere 5 Million $ people can get the American Citizenship Gold Card when it becomes available.

That's because Trump wants to educate as well as make it a little harder on those Canadians who don't understand that spending thier money in Canada is better than spending it in the USA.

Canadians pound their chests and vow they don’t want to be “ Americans”. As if Americanism is some deadly disease. Well here you have the result. We aren’t entitled to the kindness and special privileges we have taken for granted. I understand and I do appreciate the kindness they always have shown me, my family and friends.

The vast majority of Canadians resent the US and Trump now, and are actively boycotting what they can.

Why bother paying a 50% premium when there are numerous other options for a winter get away.

Border cities and snowbird destinations are worried as Canadian tourism has a big economic impact.

Of course the MAGA Trump supporters in Canada see no issues and blame any over reach of the US on Canada!

Just like Trump said the Ukraine started the war some of the MAGA ass kissers think it's all Canada's fault!

we were fingerprinted going into US from canada at least a dozen years ago , that was before we had the Canadian passports , i see no problem with tracking who comes in to country , how can the US treat the snow birds different from the immigrant from Iraq that just got his Canadian passport ?
