Weather forecasts are consistently 180 degrees wrong in the short time frame? Really? So when they forecast rain in your area you always get hot an dry? Well that explains why most of your views are so upside down and backwards! LOL

And short term weather forecasts are the same as looking at long term climate change?

You can easily look at the past 30 year temperature record and compare it to previous periods.

The climate change models have been been fairly accurate.

But I wouldn't expect a climate change deniers who says more CO2 in the atmosphere is a good thing to understand the difference between weather and climate!

It is funny though, when the weather headline fits your narrative you will quote a weather event, I believe in the past you quoted a warm day record in the Antarctica, which was a weather event. Here is a headline from CTV news today: “Extreme cold leaves thousands without power in Nordic countries while floods again hit Germany.”

As for your assertion that the climate models have been accurate. Let see the same people reporting the models are reporting the average temperatures, I am so surprised that it matches.

How the Holocene interglacial period compares to its predecessors within the Pleistocene Ice Age won't be known for another 10,000 yrs.
A nice weather discussion commandeered by a troll.
Ignore list is an awesome feature.

22 was huge flood of the murray not 56 level but think it came in number 5 in terms of height been minor floods last 15 yrs theyre starting to think 24 will be bigger than 22.

Thats hydrologists not climate experts be intesting to see what pans out.

Where the murray meets the sea such was the volume of fresh water the sea was diluted for about 3kms maybe more tonnes and tonnes of dead fish had to be removed from beaches sea fish could cope with influx of fresh water and vice versa fresh water fish swept to salt water. Could find pictures if ya want. Huge outcry climate change until some of the old indigenous guys said see it every 15 yrs or so in old days made our life easier harvesting fresh fish

Drought drought more drought then what really happened. All private forecasters who use same data said elnino breaking down during Oct Nov will be finished by Jan feb but the govt agencies will not have a bar of it.

We've had the most fantastic winter weather I have ever seen. Most days at or above freezing and not much colder at night. We have missed winter for October, November and December. Cattle and cattlemen happy. It does look like next week will have more normal temperatures like the first -20s. If this is el nino its been great. Of course we desperately need moisture but in May and June would be good.

Hey dont worry. You have never lost a crop in Janauary!

And dont worry about the 2024 growing season.

Hotter and drier in winter because of climate change and a strong El Nino is always good, but not so great in summer especially if you have no water in your dugouts or little grass to feed the cows.
