Grounded through the pulley, with a jumper to the block in case of stray arcs. Which happen a lot when welding around a corner with a bent rod...

I assume Blackpowder is referring to having a broken harmonic balancer flopping around loose for hundreds of hours, and now being a solid chunk, which isn't even balanced.

My son took over Student Works Painting from my oldest daughter.
I finally had them paint the exterior of our stuccoed house that faded bad from cheap tint years ago,
went from chocolate brown to a gawd awful pinkish … 15 years ago , but time and money just was not there…… but sooner or later it had to get done

I have some stucco patching to do. How can you patch it without it looking like a patch?
