Seeding has started here . Things are drying up. About a week later than last year. Cool at nights . Rain would be welcome in 2 weeks

We went from 3 feet of snow to gone in a week. Not sure how much soaked in vs ran off. Low 20C’s here. Some are seeding, expect a lot happening this weekend.

Never heard anything about flooding in the Red River valley or much of anything from Manitoba?

No flooding but some areas are wet from last fall.

Here by Virden the Assiniboine River over flowed its banks 3 weeks ago, level peaked this past weekend, hopefully the drops soon enough to let water run off! Will be early to mid June seeding there again, happens way too often!

3/10 rain yesterday, 3 days of rain and possible snow in the forecast starting Thursday. If we get some good weather after that maybe May 28th start.
