Who ever next gets monette on a podcast might get a milion views !
Whoever delivers Monette strapped to a poll with a bow on his head to those he stiffed with a load of rotten tomatoes might get a million views as well.

Banks work on quarterly and year ends statements then move on.
Or the balloon pops all at once.

Hammond Realty and ISC or going make a fortune when the transactions are done. Of course, land has to sell first.
Could be a few sneaky cash deals go to Hammond.

Was very likely involved in many of the initial purchases too.
I still think things would be moving faster if they break the parcels up more.

I still find it hard to believe that the Sask govt sold ISC.

60% of ISC was sold off 13 years ago, the Saskatchewan government still has control of how ISC is operated.

ISC used to be a service-oriented government agency, great to deal with. Now it is almost impossible to deal with. It is no longer walk-in service. You must make an appointment and they can not assist you. Government should take it over again, it’s really poorly run. They want you to pay a lawyer to do everything.
