The banks will play along until after harvest and then the gloves will come off. If there aren't solid offers by 60 days after harvest ... there will be an auction date booked.

Monette can play it cute that he is going to keep farming after this. But with unsecured and CRA there won't be enough land left to put a house on.

As a kid in science class, we did an experiment with a balloon. We put a band-aide on the balloon and poked it with a needle, the balloon slowly deflated. Anjelic, Brandt, Pattison, RME, Redhead, and the banks are slapping band-aides on everything. I would think the needles come out and band-aides get ripped off before year end. Banks work on quarterly and year ends statements then move on.

Even in our general area prime ground which sold for $1000+ in 1981 was bought from the bank in the 90’s for $500. Could buy decent ground around here into the 2010’s for $1000. Been a crazy jump in the last 10 years. $1 million quarters are not unheard of now. Not the greatest ground neither. Andjelic for the most part has valid points. Some stuff I don’t agree with but he’s coming from a different perspective.
