Bullshit Baffles Brains, the Lenders didn't do their due diligence. He just took what they were willing to lend.

At the end of the day, I am imagining that the last land will go up for auction. Buyers aren’t dumb, or maybe they are, but who bites at the asking price? (Especially when there is a distressed seller).

You seem to have forgotten about the large amount of farmers suffering this spring and summer to no fault of their own who may not be able to purchase now. .

Will they just have to sit back and hope one of the weekly "Greatest Deals" is announce on their purchasing day.

Never forgot a thing , some farmers got stung yep , but the vast majority had everything pre bought well before the ag industry completely fleeced many farmers this spring . We had to pay a stupid amount for the last few loads of 28 , Then magically everything dropped and nothing changed in the Middle East .
