    Doubt he will sell any asking 50% more for the land then comparibles in each area. 6 months down the road he’ll say can’t get any takers, poor Darryl and Russ need any international buyer to handle such a big deal. Scotty will give a one time exemption, totally screwing the Saskatchewan. Parties chances of winning the next election in farm country, and a Chinese investor will own it, Hammond, Monette, and Scotty will make out like, literally, bandits. My take.
