I think that only works if you also incorporate your farm in Quebec and make generous kickbacks to the liberal party of canada.

There isn't anything for nothing.... an integrated tax system to make sure everybody pays their share, except those who don't have to pay.

Thats why part of me hates this country, there's Makers and Takers.
A punitive tax system that disinsentivizes people.
At a certain point you ask yourself why you're doing it and who you're working for.
Spilled over would be an understatement.
The other way to look at this is the highest corporate tax rate is still a screaming bargain compared to the highest personal tax rate.
Spent enough years trying to build a farm with what's left over after paying personal taxes.

We have been kicking the can while bumping up against the exemption for many years, this is the year it finally caught up to us.

AB5, Incorporation is nothing but a personal tax deferral. But there is no other way to build a business because of the difference between the personal and corporate tax rates..... but they're waiting for you to personally draw on the corp so they can tax you for at least part of that difference. At least incorporation gives you the ability to try and manage the tax.

Get to pay the tax on one end or the other.

I'd rather pay a lot less early in my career and let the power of compounding do its work so I can pay a lot more later in life, and still have a lot more left over.

They should go looking for the personal money that has to be somewhere. This guy should be living under a bridge when this is over.

Chump change, compared to what others have gotten away with in the past.

If I were you Bucket, I'd be more concerned about what effect the God Father of Bankruptcy from down south has had on Fuel and Fert prices, and what those prices will be like in the up coming months.

Monette's bimp, pales in comparison to what this mentally handicapped F ucker has created world wide, and how it's effecting our livelihood.

Still so little mention of the big picture on Agriville, gotta save face.

Canada should be self sufficient in fertilizer and fuel . But no one wants to build here do to the current regulations. Has nothing to do with trump. This is all just " because they can" . Whether is it is FCL ( coop ) or Nutrien, or Mosaic using excuses of the straight of Hormus or the Ukraine money laundering.

Sortof tired of hearing it is Trump's fault when we have the ability to build here and avoid gouging that happens when ever an excuse comes along.

Maybe the regulations about collusion should be brought back. At least the Trump administration have said they are looking into it.

Any Canadian who hasn't figured out that high commodity prices are net beneficial for all Canadians probably should avoid making public statements about economics.
