If the current times in ag persist for a while longer, even the Brethren become sellers. I do know of a few instances where land was rented away and land that was bought from the Brethren. The time frame of this was 2003 to 2007. Similar margins are being experienced today, which likely prompted BTO restructuring.

The BTO in question was not restructuring at all. A 20 year land play at a great profit.
As for the Brethren, they never die.

They were bidding to have the right to talk to Monette, the way I read it. Then discuss a lease back arrangement.

Highest bids will be present to Monette. Then the real negotiations start or stop.
