Yes some homes built for spec are not filling as fast but lots from NY and other states know where to come. A typical home in Regina or Toronto isn't worth the millions they tell you. A condo in Toronto isnt worth millions to look at snow.

Friend just came back from Arizona said Canadian tourists have backed off from going there. They stayed with some friends in Mesa and was told you could rent a park model very cheap. Put a low ball offer in and they would likely take it.

He did mention food is very expensive. Golf courses have cut the rates back.
