I think the same with the Richardson facility to the east of swift current. And that facility needs a better rail crossing and a driveway grading occasionally.

How much $ do you think the Saudi Gov't is dumping into CPC coffers and pockets (under the table of course) after they gave then direct access to producers grain and markets and throwing in ports on both east and west coasts. No other Gov't has ever given another foreign Gov't that kind of control and farmers rejoiced it. This wasn't about the CWB they closed the doors before giving it to them some CDN's wanted to buy assets but was given to SA.

Oh for sure there was laundering through the Saudis , why were farmers not given the money from the sale and the reserves? Now Bunge has Viterra with a link to G3

Law suits are still going on in USA over 9/11 and more evidence is being found of Saudi Gov't involvement. Watched doc on 60 minutes just last night. The world hasn't forgotten and I'm sure buys our grain accordingly. Maybe China is right we sell at below COP or are they? EV tariff is a deflection of the real issue. Why aren't producer groups and all grain Gov't orgs saying so? Or are they happy with the price farmers get?

          Something smells with whole system.

Some guys are happy with the price, typically the guys that say trade policy will solve the problem. Until they are short on contract or short on cash or their neighbours are getting a better price. You know how that goes.

Remember a few years ago when a few farm group directors got caught short on their contracts how big an issue it became? Every other issue was forgotten .

Wait until they totally get rid of our quality control system and inspection and everything is bought for one low price. Why has no one asked about China's claims on price producers get? Farmer groups should be demanding open/transparent inquiry instead of blaming EV tariff made up claim. That claim is from Canada not China.

IMHO we are headed back to pre war times when all the producer owned elevators, the CWB and the CGC was originally started. Only this time it won't go so easy with they people that have been put in charge, advising and making rules from producer level all they way up, no matter what party is in Ottawa.

History does repeat itself and it typically starts when someone realizes they are on the law of diminishing returns. In other words the paint addiction isn't mathing.

Export sales is still on the back burner but that would be a step to help find some transparency.
