    I think the same with the Richardson facility to the east of swift current. And that facility needs a better rail crossing and a driveway grading occasionally.

      How much $ do you think the Saudi Gov't is dumping into CPC coffers and pockets (under the table of course) after they gave then direct access to producers grain and markets and throwing in ports on both east and west coasts. No other Gov't has ever given another foreign Gov't that kind of control and farmers rejoiced it. This wasn't about the CWB they closed the doors before giving it to them some CDN's wanted to buy assets but was given to SA.
