My guess is the price for good lentils will not go up but the price for 3’s to sample will crash to being next to worthless

Waiting here for it to dry out some to desiccate lentils. Should be a good test acid 95, 1/2 rate diquat, 5 gals/acre water. Day time spraying.
Why would you cut the rate of $7.00/L diquat? I am using more then 0.7 l not less.

Exactly. I know stuff costs money but every time we cut the rate and water we just invite resistance. Then we have stuff that doesn’t work

          I don't follow the 5gpa water.
          Is that airplane rate?
It doesn't move out at all from the contact point.
Your basically trying to paint the plant with it.

Reglone is disappointing on regrowth and green weeds.

You won’t be doing 5gpa from a plane. Unless they do 40-80 acre loads and that would require too much ferrying. It would make the price unreasonable with the price of av gas, engine and air frame hours, pilot and support staff.

Long term goal to use less chemical. Getting a bigger hammer every time a chemical doesn’t work as it should is a road to ruin. If this works ok I think it’s a small win. Organic weed spray “vinegar salt soap”.
acid 95 is the vinegar. Which it mainly is
              salt is diquat
              soap is Li900.
If it works which apparently I’m not the first to use this recipe great.

Don’t want to dilute the acid.

Let us know how it works TAS
Some don’t understand that it’s ok to think outside the box .
Doing the status quo is not always the only way to get results .
The low cost of diquat at this time is kinda irrelevant , it will like all other ag products be double as soon as they possibly can charge .
Nog only that how long before 1/2 the current products we use get banned ?
Not a bad idea to be looking at alternatives now so one has options later if it works
Good on you for trying something different
