    Disease - stemfilia?

Countries donate cash now for NGO’s( non govt organizations), so they can buy food from the lowest cost source.

Personally I would support the Canadian govt, food aid programs using domestic production from Canada.

The USA uses food programs as part of the farm bill I think.

Not sure why it has to be advertised, just do it.

And that would go for anywhere that people are starving , Never seen a starving person fill their belly with a cheque.

And Carney wouldn't have to make stupid statements about a two state solution.
Trump crushed/closed most of the USA food aid programs. This was a Elon Musk move when he was pretending to save $2 trillion. So now the USA pulse industry has to sell into same markets as us. Bad for both countries.

I didn't know they cut those programs. It's still a better idea to keep the money at home and send the product.

Dave, lots of lentils here too.
fewer peas. Agree that most of them got off to a good start so it may not be a huge problem seeing disease establish now. Also agree that aphanomyces and other root rots were not a problem this year.
The peas I saw turning brown arent a natural "maturing" color, likely stem and leaf disease. Standability may be compromised.

Thats the shits Furrow. We have been in the same situation here the past 5 years. Get the odd system break through like today but most have been breaking up and going around. Frustrating to say the least. It will change always does and then we will be wishing for a few misses. We need a lot to get us back to normal so here’s hoping it comes after harvest!

We’ve had 1.75” today and another 1” forecasted for tomorrow. Should be all the rain we’ll need to finish this crop.

Rainfall warning for 2 days now. Forecasted 3” for today and 1.5” tomorrow which no one wants.

1/10 today, they are right on the money.
