This country shouldn’t have any debt. It should have huge surpluses, no taxes. With the abundance of resources and growing ability, with any kind of leadership whatsoever we could be like Norway but no, that would mean the Eastern elites would lose their disproportionate tower of power so it’ll be a struggle. My father always told us there will be a revolution in this country - that this would not go on forever. Who knows where the separation sentiment will get us.

Political parties can buy elections. Trudeau bought his first one with marijuana, bought the press, bought retirees with free dental work, bought young mothers with $10 daycare, and I could go on and on. While the Conservatives were too stunned to follow their lead.
