It’s not all about paying taxes. It about government being accountable, government prioritizing essential services, government not being wasteful fools, which is exactly what we have had for the last ten years. Billions blown to mutilate confused children, billions pumped to corrupt foreign dictatorships, billions wasted day in and day out. This is what infuriates the taxpayer.

Not sure adding the most debt is a great plan , ever
Every single farm I have seen in my 35 year that added more debt than it could handle , is now bankrupt, or will be asap
Sorry , don’t get the logic , remotely

goalieguy, how do you propose to grow equity and have your land become paid off without using after tax dollars to pay for that land?

We were paying big personal taxes before incorporating, and now (Ironically)pay even bigger corporate taxes since all profit goes into paying for land.

The personal exemption in Canada is $15,705. Even split between you and your spouse, $31,500 per year won't go far towards land principle at Alberta prices.

I'm assuming your not incorporated, since there would be no point in the additional cost of incorporating if your not paying taxes to start with?

Talking to accountant today , he said 100% write off ended end of 2023 , that was a just bit relief after the scamdemic to encourage people to spend money and boost economy , i don't think it was because liberals actually cared about farmers !
