    what canola tariffs?

Calling ab canola growers, ccga, my mp and mla tomorrow to ask why this isn't in the news? I mean I understand I am not a dairy farmer but this really matters. Also gonna request my levies back to get their attention.

What happened to captain canada BS?

China did the same thing last september 2nd, 2024.
what do you think our councils will do?
Write a sternly written letter to xi?

Its a very strong possibility that China is just testing canada to see if they can be a viable supply. They just bought 400k worth of seed in january.. almost 4x more than a yr ago.
They want to crush their own seed and now that they have a spat with the US it makes sense they will come back to canada.

Canada is a joke of a market for evs. How many sold last yr in canada? This isnt about evs.

They are looking for a stable.supply of seed so they can crush and make their own meal .

I think our lobby groups/organizations should be bringing this to the politicians. Just pisses me off rah rah team canada, rah rah auto sector jobs, rah rah anything agricutural as long as it is dairy. Grain farmers? Peas? Canola? We don't grow that in southern Ontario so it doesn't matter.

And just like every other time in the last 100 years, this won't go anywhere either.

China finances the Canadian (Liberal) debt. The tariffs are not reported in the Canadian media....... Just another form of money laundering, for the benefit of China, and the Liberals. Sucks to be a Western Canadian canola or hog farmer.

Why do you have to go and ruin every perfectly good conjecture with actual facts?

                    Local green pea bids pulled.
Canola now below my put spreads.
Experience tells me we're in for 2 years negative margin.

                    Have a nice day....
