    Need a fertilizer plant in NW Sask , this area has all the resources needed
    Water , natural gas , power , major intersections for Hwy and rail .

    Nothing ever seems to happen here on that scale .

            New entrants: local meth lab now converting meth back to anhydrous. Street value of NH3 is higher.
