Do all farmers blindly support saskparty and federal conservatives

Just wondering how or why farmers support these guys with dollars and votes and yet they really don't put an effort in.

Why pat the former conservatives on the back for gutting farm support.

While they ended the cwb they didn't put in measures like better contracting rules with graincos...

And now they all seem pretty quiet on drought issues.

Are farmers getting their value from electing these guys with your vote.

There is an election coming up.

There is no good reason for their silence or inaction.

To be perfectly clear - this farmer does not support them.
    • O'Toole quietly supports censorship - one of his local MPs openly expresses the same evil urge

The "Conservatives" do not defend the Charter and civil liberties

They eliminate any voices that don't conform to woke agendas

They lack the ability to stand up to and defeat the Librano machine because they are too close to being the same

      The list goes on

Had multiple calls from the Conservative campaign headquarters recently to ask if they "may count on your support for (Erin O'Toole and (our local candidate)" in an upcoming election.

I said "NO" and told then that I've already made this clear to both our local MP and O'Toole's office because of the above reasons. And until they field a Conservative leader, I will be voting for someone else.

She replies "So shall I put you down as "Undecided"?

"WHAT PART OF 'NO' don't you understand?"

Because socialism and farming can’t be in the same sentence. The dismantling of the CWB has earned my support for a long long time.

Look at Devin Dreeshen ...hands out 133 million for the Chin Reservoir expansion ...then only gives all the ranchers in Alberta 136 million and asks the federal liberal party to help fix the mistakes he help make while in Ottawa in Gerry Ritz's office.

No vision for putting in a substantial disaster relief program while working with Ritz.

And the other helper under Ritz was Lianne Rood who is the AG critic in the federal conservatives ..

While they take selfies and BBQ ...the people they represent are selling off herds.

And yet they get donations and votes...why?

I know what I am getting with a liberal ...nothing. And there are many on farmers on twitter saying there should be no payments...some of who sat on national farm groups...so there is a better chance their voice is still resonating with the federal liberals ...Right Jeff?

The elimination of the CWB was done in such a shitty way ...farmers will always be on a leash.

Where is the open reports , better contracts.

Nothing says the protein discount can't be determined at contract signing.

What about a force majeur in the grain contracts for farmers in the face of a widespread drought or other disaster. Or penalties defined at the time of signing for such things.

While the saskparty government is helping the heavy hitter supporters in backrooms with graincos, guys that are careful get no such subsidy. Its an in-kind payment. No one knows about.

If you think the Libranos will give more than lip service to farmers, you got your head stuck someplace bad, buddy.

Not only do they do not give a rat's patooey about agriculture, they are in hock to a group who wants to see the end of agriculture as we know it.

Think about this - according to one source, the Trudeau Foundation reportedly had about $10,000,000 in it when the Sock Puppet became Prime Minstrel of Canada.

Now, it is allegedly up to over one billion.

Who put that money there? Any strings attached? We know there are (he's a puppet).

            (Hint:It wasn't farmers)

I think I mentioned there is no expectation of help from the liberals for farmers....but that doesn't excuse the conservatives doing nothing....does it?

Burnt just because some of us are questioning
The obvious in that the conservatives and sask
Party have done more harm than good to agriculture
It doesn’t mean and shouldn’t always be answered
Oh you must be a liberal or ndp! Because
I m not. If we want better we re going to have
To send a message to these 2. They have no
Reason to be better since right now they do
Know they have our support blindly.
It’s so dumb of us they must laugh their
Asses off at how stupid we are.

Boot them out one term they will get rhe
Messsge. Or even pick 5 rural tidings and
                Punt them federally and provincially.
I don’t care run some independents in
5 ridings for one term or better yet
Give some farmers 2 terms to collect a pension
I d rather do that than support these useless
And more than corrupt provincial gang
Pick a homeless person. Anybody is better

Conservatives in this province could run cardboard cutouts and win an election...FFS

And we don't get much for representation out of it either.

Patzer should be the loudest MP right now..church mouse.

Questioning their motives for doing nothing is fair game.

Maybe dirty thirties and not one
Conservative mp or sask party mla
Has publicly said a word?? Other
                    Than continually announcing the farm
Stress line number????If that in itself
Isn’t a kick in the balls I don’t know what is.

And you could throw those fuukn useless
Ndp in there also. Not a word. What an
Opportunity to make your self relevant and
                    Nothing.

I am not voting conservative this time around. We need to get the wheels in motion to split this failed experiment of a nation.

bucket, you need to take a much closer look how Canada is structured politically. Conservative representation is mostly muted by the lefty commies in this country. I am not sure what you want them to do?

When the MSM covers the drought its under the guise of climate change and farmers bringing this one themselves. Do you remember Fort McMurray? The hub of Canadas number one export revenue was chastised as it burned by that same crowd.

You wont find any sympathy for this industry from govts or the citizens and we need to accept that reality and govern our affairs accordingly.

You also need to accept thats its probable that the CPC will never be in power again in this country so you cna expect what little representation we do have to dwindle even more.

Jazz "muted by the lefty commies in this country" Huh? LOL

Translation: Conservatives have declining support because they are so far out of touch with a large majority of Canadian voters.

Otoole is trying to move them into the 21st century, but with little luck.

Whack a mole time! Guys like Jazz get the whack first and often.

Agriculture is big bucks, feast to famine, economically, GDP, etc
Urban Canada has forgotten, didn't know, (don't care) etc the economic impacts of agriculture

I think i heard only 4% of the vote is rural in Canada, i know why there is no financial support etc, i get it. Consolidation ( grain handling, ag retail, etc), industry moving to usa( meat packers, manufacturing, etc) carbon tax, etc we will have to look after our selves and organize ( not on agriville). The ag sector in western Canada will never be a “France, or Iowa” no votes.

At this point i hope Drew comes through with a wet September
