No the vaccine cant be made here because saskatoon isnt in quebec.

Liberals have a proven strategy where by they funnel as much government money, and government contracts, through Liberal hands at inflated values, so a slice of that government money from the contracts, goes back into the hands of the Liberal Party of Canada through donations.
