For what it is worth, Noubar Afeyan, Moderna organization co-head, multiple other bio-tech organizations, educated in Montreal, Canada, refugee status, after fleeing civil war in Lebanon, likely an American now, did say through the CBC that timely supplies of Moderna-tx-vaccine on a prorated for all countries ordered basis on first batch release would be provided to Canada. We will get our share of each subsequence release. It won't be enough for any country on the first batch to meet their needs, but that was the gist of his interview.
