Just keep hitting it. With glyphosate. 3 or 4 times.
Have wheat there this year, I will try prestige.

Scouring rush and horsetail, 12oz MCPA and 2 liters rup smokes it pretty decent. Didn't get it all but stopped it good enough to say it works. Just spot spray.

I never had alot of luck in the fall.
In the spring I will shut off sectional control and go over the patches again.

Alot of what has been suggested, we do or have done. But one other thing is to spray twice. Once very early and again just before seeding. Hopefully ten days or more apart. 1 litre rel.
