In other good news, canada will definately meet its emissions targets now. Only took halting our economy for a week to do it. Go green!

Train protests in Toronto, Hamilton, London today. Minister met with Mohawk protestors, they told him only hereditary chiefs can negotiate and they wont come to the site, just like the ones in BC. So get ready to dig in because its about t get real.

The CN rail stuff hurts, but some dont know that 80% of our GDP goes back and forth through ports of entry to the US. If they shut that down, then holy hell would break out. The US might just get involved in that case.
Edit;
Look at these protests carefully. Affecting mostly the periphery of the country, resources and transport at near the coasts. Millions dollars a day goes across the Ambassador Bridge and nobody there. Basically wide open spaces on the prairies where power, gas, oil, roads all enter the US. Mild protests in the prairies regions, much more aggressive in the major centers. If I was a conspiracy nut I would say somebody wants all of Canadas treasures heading south at discount prices and trying to discourage east west exports.Last edited by jazz; Feb 15, 2020, 15:43.

Does anybody care?
If framers were blocking the track we would all be arrested and charged and if the didn’t get to us in time the train would keep coming. Typical Canada different sets of rules for different people. I guess our job is to keep loosing money as usual. What a mess our leader has put Canada in.

Looks like Trudeau is going to let it get a little hot then ride in like a saviour and send that big bad coastal gas project back for more consultations, just like TMX, and the leftist cult will love it. Delays another project without cancelling it. Probably applys the same new rules to TMX and Teck and they are sent back too.
The zombies in Toronto wont know the difference. They will just see a bad corporation and helpless natives and Trudeau rescuing them.
Then on the side some regulation on internet speech, guns etc. Probably blame Canadians for inflaming hate and need to restrict them. This stuff is all so predictable.Last edited by jazz; Feb 16, 2020, 11:28.

Well it took only about one day for our narcissist prick of a prime minstrel and his stooges to go this direction - it's racism now.
