    Vitamin D

Every winter our eldest would develop a persistent night time cough. Affecting everyones sleep but most importantly his. The respiratory specialist diagnosed it as childhood asthma and prescribed Flovent. A steroid known to permanently hinder growth and cause a host of nasty side effects including acting out. Got me thinking cough comes around in the winter then went away almost overnight on our hot holiday. Then it came to me a vitamin D deficiency due to lack of sunshine. 3000iu a day of over the counter vitamin D a few days later like magic the cough is gone and we all sleep easy. Doctors are often all to quick to prescribe something to address the symtoms as opposed to addressing the root of the problem . After all there is no money in Vitamin D for big pharma.

Vitamin D supplementation is a must up here in the great white north. You won't get it from your computer screen. Do you ever hear anyone cough in Arizona?

    Good to hear.
Would've guessed more the dry, recirculated air in the house.

Sounds logical, hope that works wonders. 👍 When our kids were young, garlic juice and eucalyptus oil was our winter goto elixer.

That’s how you kept the girls at bay. You know how it was back then 😂

I suggest going to a naturalpath doctor.

For the cost vs a non biased opinion, and a totally different perspective I think it’s very important. I take vitamin d and other supplements haven’t noticed anything( still have a eating problem 🤨). I had a hair analysis done once that showed mineral deficiencies and compare to my doctors blood test results. FYI all these test will now be on line in Saskatchewan for all individuals to monitor- etc

The blood testing and live screen microscope was very interesting, seems I had parasites in blood that attack can’t remember if it’s white or red cells or what ever. Guess I should go back soon.

All these minerals, nutrients, and biological in humans have the same and similar interactions in the soil which people are just starting to recognize and trying to build. And that’s where Big Chen companies are trying to get involved with biologicals

We tried every type of humidifier, ecalyptus oil, peppermint oil.... to no avail.
