        I'm amused by the blind faith in the models which show the hurricane coming up to within 50 miles of the coast and then making a hard right turn. Nobody seems to question the prediction. I guess weather forecasts in Florida must always be right.

          Hurricane forecasts usually show a wide swath of probable landfalls. Lots of factors at play and potential surprises. Dorian is a slow moving one which is more of a risk.

          Trump cancelled his trip to Poland to stock up on paper towel and get his throwing arm in shape.

          He is still insulting Puerto Ricans because they criticized his weak support for them after Maria.

          Trump spends more energy pissing people off and defending himself than he does on helping. All ego and little empathy.

          If Mar Lago is hit hard you can be sure Trump will pull out all the stops to repair the damage.
