Florida Puerto Ricans say Trump response to Hurricane Dorian won’t ease Maria memories

"But even as Trump aggressively courts Florida’s Venezuelan and Cuban voters, he has continued to blast Puerto Rican leaders. Just this week, as Dorian approached Puerto Rico as a tropical storm, Trump repeated a wildly inaccurate claim that he’d provided $92 billion in storm assistance to Puerto Rico (about half that amount has been allocated). And then he suggested that Puerto Ricans had been ungrateful for FEMA’s help in 2017, and took a shot at “the incompetent Mayor of San Juan.”

Lets hope Trump has pissed of enough Mexicans, Puerto Ricans and just about every other minority group to lose Florida and the US in 2020. He is well on the way! LOL

You better tell GM, Ford, and Fiat Chrysler to stop designing, making and selling electric vehicles.

Send back your cordless electric impact wrench and drills! They don't work!

And the smart phone is just a fad!

        Back to the pic.
Mallee, here, if the attendant on the ball, we wouldn't be allowed to put gas in an open container. Or in the back of a minivan.
Funny, how much did he pay for those Home Depot pails and no lids lol. Hope he bought a funnel. Brilliant.

The reason it will head north after the Bahamas is the open water is warm and land is cooler. it needs the heat of the water for strength so north it goes.

If you’ve travelled along the Florida Keys, you realize how vulnerable those narrow slivers of land are. The last time we were there, several buildings were being rebuilt from past storms. Hurricanes ripped the fronts and roofs off buildings and houses on stilts in the ocean, well bye. Palm trees laid toppled over, roots up in the air. I’d imagine those tiny islands interspersed south of Miami must be evacuating, but haven’t heard anything to that effect. Hit the road Jack! 🍀

If it really was that simple then Florida would never get hit. So I'm guessing its not that simple. But what would I know - the damn thing has been headed straight west for 2 days now so its probably due to make a sharp right turn anytime. The forecast was for it to reduce in strength before it hit the Bahamas - instead it increased and missed the Bahamas. Clearly wiser heads than mine have this all figured out. /sarc-off

Snopes says it is a fabrication and there is no evidence that Cortez tweeted this or deleted a tweet such as this.

                      https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ocasio-cortez-cars-hurricanes/

Do you guys believe everything that is on the internet and in the tabloids? LOL

If you didn't know this already, a lot of what is being shared on right wing sites you may frequent, twitter accounts and other social media sources cannot be relied upon.

Check the source before you embarrass yourself even further!
