    Lol no worries
But there are others on here that freak out and assume just because they see a sprayer out in the field the sprayer is applying some sort of evil glyphosate or or other pesticides.... lol.
There are a lot of assumptions by some ... austrandia , forage and grassfarmer being a few of them that all we do is kill the environment... well that is simply so wrong an assumption it’s ridiculous at times .

Been doing this for 5 years or so with this sprayer , never an issue with the right nozzles and a wash when done 👍😎.
My sprayer in better shape than most at 2000 hrs . My last one I had ran for 5 years years as well and I think the paint still ok on it , must have 3500 on er now I would think .

Not for everyone but works for us .

Other than the volume, it works good . Full sectional control, playing with variable rate now . Fast and can get work done when you don’t dare with dry , even with a floater.
Makes seeding much easier and more efficient. But if you not set up for liquid it may be a pita

How many lbs/ac of actual S are you putting on and how many acres does a sprayer tank do at that rate?

What wind can you spray up to?

I don’t know anything about liquid fertilizer and currently put down all my fertilizer with the drill. Have been thinking about spreading dry ams, but perhaps liquid S would work.

Also looked at bio sul, but not sure if it has long term S release.

Putting on anywhere between 8-12 US gal / ac , so 18-25 Lbs S
              You get 15-20 N as well .

1200 gal sprayer I can get anywhere from 100 to 120 ac for the rates we use.
Right now I am using T Jet Tri stream nozzles. Spray 16-18 mph . Can apply up to 30-40 k winds . Drift is not a worry with stream nozzles but too much wind can cause a mess on the booms a bit.
One thing I also do is use flat fan .08 at 10 gal/ ac with round up for burn off.
You can use less round up and it works very fast .
I have even used round up / treflan and sulfur together ahead of canola or peas . Wind is obviously more of and issue with the flat fans , no different than regular spraying .

              Most liquid S is 15-0-0-20

                Thank you.

Can you use the aim command?

So you use just fertilizer with the roundup for preburn, no water at all?

No I don’t use the AIM , shut them off and use the normal nozzle in front.
We need to change a couple settings in the product control.
I will pm you the settings we use. Keeps the sprayer working effectively without AIM when using liquid N or S.
You don’t need water at all when mixing round up . I just direct inject round up then load sulfur .

We stream all our N with the aim command so far no problems we do it 10 gal preseed and 10 gal post spraing done it a few years now got rid of midrow banding concept have a way cheaper drill now single shoot disk,
