    Calgary Herald article today says foreign investors have shifted their purchases of residentil property to farmland in BC due to the 15% tax. Land selling for $104-150,000 per acre. Can you believe that? Think it's fake news?

    Limited supply west of the Rockies and growing high value crops ....not cheap mass produced ommodity crops. And maybe dairy too.

      Small plots, but still an interesting article. Shows the effect of unintended consequences and the complicated art of hitting the target you are after.
