    Calgary Herald article today says foreign investors have shifted their purchases of residentil property to farmland in BC due to the 15% tax. Land selling for $104-150,000 per acre. Can you believe that? Think it's fake news?

      Limited supply west of the Rockies and growing high value crops ....not cheap mass produced ommodity crops. And maybe dairy too.
