Our supreme court needs to be accountable to the citizens of Canada. All the citizens not just the chosen few. Why aren't they elected? The Senate as well. The gravy train is getting to be a touch much.

For those of you who claim that this wasn't Trudeau's thing, look again. It appears that this was a decision to settle made by the Trudeau government.

So apparently Omar Khadr, coming from a self-proclaimed, proud al Quaida terrorist family, is the new immigrant who deserves to live in this country more than we do since we take it for granted.

The more I read about this the more obvious laws and how they come to be need to be changed. Courts have ruled based on the existing laws they are mental laws. We need to change this.
I originally thought this was truduea and harpers own doings but it looks like their hands are tied by this stupidity.

The federal government has the power to appeal. I agree with you that the laws need to be rewritten and I do hope the medic's widow and other defendent get the money, that little creep will probably end up with it the wat our courts work. It is a disgrace!
