Then why hasn't he come on to deny writing it?

It sure reads a lot like the old vader who used to belittle us in the past.

If you guys are gullible enough to think that the post was from vader then maybe Saskfarmer you are gullible enough to sell me the rest of your durum at $10 ($.40 more than your N.D relatives) this way you can get your money up front and avoid the nasty CWB.

        Vader:
Did you ask a few more questions? I think this farmer was just plain happy, after enduring years of low prices, high input costs, etc.
This year farmers are just getting back to square one. We need a few more years of good crops and prices, before you can rank us up in the top 100.
I think the boys in white coats should come out to visit you. Get in the real world.

            Jackflash,

Well said. That was classic Vader... and the Ken Beswick quote proves the point.

Nice bait and switch try Vader!

Too bad folks on this web site were there... did the work and time... to know what was/is reality.. and what is arrogance and fluff. The CWB are the true masters of Fluff... shallow, deceptive... Fluff.

It is really quite irrelevent whether it was the real Vader or not who posted the thread. The fact of the matter is that in numerous press releases and comments made by the anti-choice directors of the cwb, this is exactly their line of thinking and rational- to build up a small man you have to tear down a large man while individual freedoms just dont matter . So mustardman, take a step back, take a deep breath and have another look to see who is really being gullible here.

                gotta love smalldeadanimals.com.
I could not get on all day has anyone seen any media pick this up and ask Mr. Flamen for a quote?
Will the liberals appoint someone new to run in that riding?
Will the CWB board boot him for conduct unbecoming/telling tales out of school?
Does the CWB act require a bi- election with the new CEO breaking the ties around the board table will we have no cost export licences on WHEAT and barley?

                  Hiwayman you're right.

I took a step back , took a deep breath, and I saw clearly a bunch of idealogues chanting freedom freedom freedom ! ! and like our current Federal Gov't, are narrowly looking at only one issue and ignoring other important issues such as CGIC changes or transportation problems or fertilizer cost or price fixing by fert companies or possible joint running rights on rail lines or exorbitant packer profits or on and on and on .
No just stare blankly and chant freedom freedom freedom while you follow Mr. Ritz over a cliff

Mustard you and your CWB supporters just don't get it were not following Ritz were following the Money.
A farmer is in control when he has CASH Hard Cash and very little Debt. He can decide when to sell and when to buy. the companies cant deal with the numbers 50000 different farmers so they have to bend.
No borrowed money leads to control and that's achieved when we get paid for our products. Yes I do it on Canola Peas Oats etc. But 1/2 the farm for rotation is in Durum and HRS and for two long this side has been shackled by the CWB to redistribute wealth and protect certain industries on the backs of Hard working grain farmers.
This is what were fighting a right to sell to whoever we want. 50% of our crops are their now and were surviving so why not the remaining big two. Would a Oats producer ever go back to CWB.
