How about no taxes on land appreciation like a tfsa?

          That would be more innovative?

Then next gen can reap the windfall of $1Mil capital gains ...each, plus spouse.
That's what accountant said, if you don't sell the next gen will.
Millions tax free hard to resist.

Malt is a funny Game that we use to win a lot. Seems if your a supplier of malt that in most years is decent or great or close your picked. Yes its cherry picking. The last two with the fuz and thick lodged areas and areas with nothing our malt has gone for shit. Then they can play with price for feed. Finally at a more decent price moving to albert now.
Its a game that if you win It can give $500 a acre if you loose its 1/2 and then it sucks.

Amazing how farmers are in a rush to sign contracts for less then the previous yr..Malt was $6.00 at Wadena last crop..No wonder they never have to increase our prices..
In 2009 we had a contract with P H..with the CWB storage and P H's storage we ended with $7.98 per bushel..What a change in a few yrs..
