Where are you from? Have you went to see them in person? Is their main office on the same site as the plant? This isn't a BTO comment but phone the police and tell them how you're going there to collect your money by parking on the delivery driveway and you're not leaving until you have a certified cheque or bank draft. Phone the closest media news source they always like a live news story....

How long have you not been paid for?
(I think all potential sellers should be warned to not sell there if there is criminal activity going on at this company.)

I would go into the business and talk directly to their owner/president Sean Gatin and ask for a cheque.
(Sean is also VP of Agritrend)

After hearing stories like BigSky and others over the years I wouldn't piss around.....keep us posted if you get a cheque.
