We got stung years ago by a slaughter plant in the valley. Kind of natural thing. Ha ha.
We're out about 32000 on barley we delivered. Made a trip their after phone calls and promises etc. funny door was locked. Waited and waited then some idiot needed a smoke and came out we snuck in found the president in his office. Had a sit down old fashion style three against one. Got a check for 22000 with a promise of the rest tommorrow. Went down town and cashed it went through. Never seen the last 10000. But we also promised to deliver more barley and that never happened either.
Only going I woukd have done different on way home would have loaded up a auger swing away and a signature from him it was sold that day.
Basically don't waste time with these guys you are a non secured creditor you will get f$& k all in the end but a nice paper from the trustee showing how the big buts got paid and all the trades suppliers etc who got f&ked.
Go push them on payment before its to late.
