    fcc vision panel

this came in my email today. At the end of it I was able to tell them precisely what I thought of them lending out millions to broad acre farms

FCC vision panel...of all the surveys/questionaires that cross my path, this is one I do. Its been my experience that there is someone on the other end that cares, and cares what you think.
      Rook...use them for good

I have been using FCC for decades. They have never tried to steer me in any direction. I have had much more dumb advice from people in the chartered banking system.

FCC has been very active at many levels in farmer extension, skill set development and providing information for decision making. Some of their you tube videos are among the best.

I do the surveys. They pay me, so why not.

FCC was one of the main reasons that got us through ten years of BSE hell. The bank we used to deal with said when the border closed that they would support us. That lasted about five months. Agstability? Good for one moderate payout, then it was dropping margins all the way to the bottom.

FCC stuck with us. They cut us slack when our inventories dropped to a fraction of their true value, and if not for them, we would have been gone. They saw past the short term picture, which a bank will not do. Now they will be paid back, and we will be always grateful for their help when we needed it.

No FCC complaints from this cowgirl.

FCC is is your best farm lender.

Many, will remember the 80's when the Chartered bankswere calling in loans even though they were current, because Toronto wanted to reduce their risk. Good Farms, paying their bills, have to scrambleing to refinance.

                Warning, history can repeat itself.

I have high regard for FCC. They've been excellent to work with for any financing, short, medium or long term.

They've also stepped in to fill a void that seems to exist in extension, at least here in MB.

Rare earth your right. Bay Street wanted to look good called loans on guys who were good. Never trust the charters.
